    All staff were friendly and helpful. When odering taxi through reception, taxi arrived promptly, no delay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having a safe in the room was very important when leaving valuables. It was a great holiday. thank you Real Palacio, would love to stay again.

    Hotel Real Palacio exudes charm with its elegant decor and cute atmosphere. The lobby's inviting design and spacious layout made it easy for me to navigate.

    Breakfast area was somewhat cramped during peak hours.

    Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good.

    food and drinks a tad expensive. A toasted sandwich approx 16 euros in the bar.

    I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and hot breakfast, and the staff was super attentive, bringing gluten-free options for me without hesitation. The room was spacious and the overall cleanliness was commendable!

    I will compare this hotel as a good painting frame but poor quality picture.

    Very dirty carpets, room (518) very small for a 5 star, tv is old and more indicated for a museum than for a hotel. The view is non- existent, air conditioning didn't work properly. Should be no more than a 3 star plus

    Clean and confortable room; good balance between price and quality, very reach and delicious breakfast, quiet and central location, very close to the Metro station.

    Even if Hotel staff was very polite, they were not able to give useful information on local transportation system.

    The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff answered all questions and provided everything that we asked for.

    When entering the hotel, there were 4 employees, two of them were free. None was friendly, there was no welcoming and our request made through Booked.net was not read and followed (we asked for an extra child bed). After visiting the room, we requested again the extra child bed and it was provided promptly. We became no introduction to the city, even if there was obvious that we were not on a business trip with our 3 years old child. We had to ask for a map - again it was provided promptly. Same with the internet connection - we had to ask for a cable. We expect another kind of service from a five star hotel, they should understand your needs and offer you their services - not to wait for your requests. It may be a good hotel for business - but without a friendly and welcoming staff we could not really enjoy our stay even if the hotel is a nice one.
